I’m not talking about buffalo chicken wraps (although those are certainly delicious) – I’m talking about Wraparound Mortgages.
They are a form of seller financing that I like to call a “disposition model”. Wraps allow you to make money on the deal once you have purchased it “subject to” – or even if you have the property as a rental and you want to seller finance it to someone else.
Get creative with your investing and throw some wraps into your portfolio – along with wholesale, flipping and rentals.
